From working AI
to results that show.
We improve daily work, rebuild core processes, and shape what you sell next. All three run in parallel, at different speeds.
Start where value is stuck.
You do not finish one horizon before starting the next. We run them side by side, each at its own pace, depending on where your organisation is ready to move.
Everyone has access. The work stayed the same.
AI Adoption
Make AI part of reliable, governed daily work—and prove where it creates value.
Explore AI Adoption Horizon 2The pilot works. The process stayed the same.
Process Redesign
Redesign the high-value workflow around people, AI and control points—not just the task inside it.
Explore Process Redesign Horizon 3The economics changed. The offer stayed the same.
New Business Models
Turn new capability into offers customers will pay for, with the delivery model to make them real.
Explore New Business ModelsBuilt for the people who carry it.
We work with organisations that are serious about AI and want to see what lies beyond the pilots. We work with leadership teams who are expected to lead AI transformations that change how people work. And we work with the people doing the work, hungry to rewire it.
CEO / COO / CHRO
You signed off the AI budget, and the board is asking what it returned. The human half of the change is yours to carry too. It was sold to you as a tech project.
Head of Transformation
You sit between IT and the business, and neither owns the result.
AI lead
Your pilots work, but moving them into daily operations needs decisions beyond the AI team.
From a stuck initiative to owned change.
Your people do the work. We help you build the capability. We shape the approach together with you, covering People × Technology × Business dimensions.
Diagnose and mobilise
Week 0 to 1Find what is holding value back. Choose the work worth changing and agree on the result, owners and measurement.
Build and embed
Weeks 2 to 7Build the new behaviour, process or proposition inside the team. Test it against real work and remove what prevents it from sticking.
Validate and transfer
Week 8Measure the result. Document what matters. Transfer ownership to the people who will run the next cycle.
How we set the fee
We do not use one standard rate because the work is not standard. We scope the first engagement around what needs to change and make every assumption visible before you decide.
- What sets the scope
- The horizon involved, the number of teams or workflows, the data and systems involved, the governance conditions, and how much of the first cycle H3 needs to run.
- What you see before you decide
- The proposal states the cycle, the people involved, the outcome and measurement, the fee, the assumptions, the decision point, and what sits outside the scope.
- What we agree before work starts
- The start date, access needed, confidentiality and any procurement requirements. We do not ask a team to begin until those conditions are clear.
The first conversation is also a fit check. If a cycle is not the right shape for the problem, we will say so before either side spends time on a proposal.
Find what is holding value back.
Bring us one AI initiative that works technically but has not delivered the expected result. We will examine the people, technology and business system around it and help you decide what needs to move first.
